RT5762是輸入電壓範圍為 2.5V~6V、負載能力為 2A、簡單易用的同步 Buck 轉換器，內含 0.6V 高精度參考電壓源和低 RDS(ON) MOSFET 功率開關，轉換效率高，以 SOT-563 (FC) 和 UDFN-6L 1.4x1 (FC) 封裝形式供貨。
RT5762採用改進型固定導通時間（ACOT®）控制架構，具有超快瞬態回應速度，週邊元件少，在整個輸入、輸出和負載範圍內具有幾乎恒定的工作頻率。在輕載時，RT5762A/C/E 自動運行於 PSM 模式以維持高轉換效率，RT5762B/D/F 則工作於強制 PWM 模式以滿足應用對高輸出電壓精度的要求。
RT5762通過對上下橋 MOSFET 流過電流的檢測實現強勁的過流保護，每個週期都進行的電流限制可防止器件在出現輸出端短路、過流或電感飽和等現象時免於受到嚴重的損壞。其內建的軟啟動功能可避免在啟動期間出現電流衝擊，還有輸入欠壓鎖定保護、輸出欠壓保護、過壓保護（RT5762AL/BL/CL/DL/EL/FL）和過熱保護等功能可確保其在各種工作狀態下的安全和平穩的運行。
